This summer, what are you going to do for yourself?
How about exploring mindfulness, and how to be more present for all of the moments in life, big and small?
Our next 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course will be starting in June, and this is the perfect time to explore how mindfulness can help us manage challenges in life, and also to be more present in each and every moment.
Want to learn more? Come to our free orientation session on Thursday, June 26th from 4:30-6pm at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tippecanoe County!
Hundreds of research studies have shown how MBSR can help us to be more resilient, and to better deal with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and a range of other conditions. And, MBSR can help us cultivate calm and to appreciate the richness of the present moment.
After the orientation on June 26th, we will meet each week on Thursdays from 4:30-7pm, from July 3rd to August 21st. And, we will also have an all-day class (a mini-retreat) on Saturday, August 9th.
