This relaxing activity will transport you to a place of peace and tranquility as crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, a gong, and soothing rain and ocean sounds wash over you, relaxing your body, mind, and spirit, helping you release stress and restore balance. Eye masks, pillows, blankets, and yoga mats will be provided, but we encourage you to bring anything that enhances your comfort.
