Looking for a mid-week refresh? Step out of your workplace and into the fresh sea breeze with Lunch Time Loops, a new NCBI initiative designed to get you moving, connecting, and energised!
π When: Every Wednesday
π Where: Napier Soundshell
β° Time: 12:00 PM - (We will leave at 12pm so best to arrive at least 5 mins prior)
We'll enjoy a 30-minute "netwalking" (networking while walking) loop along the beautiful Marine Parade β suitable for all fitness levels. Over time, we may mix things up with a few of Napier's iconic historic hillside steps for those up for a challenge!
This is the perfect chance to:
β Take a break from your workspace
β Breathe in fresh air and re-energise
β Meet new people and grow your network
Rain or shine, weβll walk! Just bring your raincoat if it's wet.
