July Sunday Fitness Class: Yogalates

Join us every Sunday in July, at 2pm, for our Sunday fitness class series, Yogalates with Nicole! Class dates are July 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th. Yogalates combines the enhanced body and mind awareness of yoga with the strength and stability training of Pilates. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, they are not provided. You can also purchase one at the front desk for $10 if you need one. This class is included with your fitness pass membership and you don't have to register
