Plant-Based Cooking Classes

Learn how easy it is to make delicious and nutritious plant-based dishes. Each week we will make a different recipe, learning how to cook with tempeh, tofu, beans, grains, vegetables, and herbs and spices. In addition to preparing a recipe, we will discuss plant-based nutrition, cooking tips, plant-based substitutions, and much more. Students will receive a copy of the recipe and will get to sample the dish! All recipes are egg- and dairy-free. The kitchen is NOT an allergen-free kitchen.

Pre-registration is required. This class is being held in partnership with Ken-Ton Community Education.

Note, no class on Thursday, June 19th in honor of Juneteenth.
