Give yourself a gift of time to nourish your mind and body in this restorative class. You will experience a physiological shift and calmness as your body comfortably rests with support. Wear comfortable clothing (including socks). Individual adjustments will be given. Please bring your own yoga mat. Other props will be provided at the studio. The class is limited to 10 participants.
