Offering weekly meditation classes for children ages 3+

Learning meditation and mindfulness practices in childhood can significantly improve your child's ability to

The skills and techniques they will learn will equip your child with lifelong skills they can use to deal with life’s challenges and stressors


The classes will run for 30 minutes and will include

🌀 mindful breathing
🌀 mindful movement
🌀 singing bowls
🌀 tools & techniques for emotional regulation
🌀 a guided meditation exercise.


Classes are limited to 10 children per class


Classes are held weekly on Monday afternoons


Due to the short nature of the sessions, we request that parents stay at the Centre.

There will be seating available


Classes are $10 per child

Payment can be made upon booking or please feel free to bring cash on the day!
