All attendees must have applications on file in order to be able to enter the adoption event space. The LHK9 adoption application can be accessed here: https://www.lasthopek9.org/adoption-information/.

We highly recommend filling out the application prior to the event, but it can also be completed on arrival.

- Fully approved adopters can enter the event at 11am.

- Adopters with applications in process can enter the event at 12pm.

- To help ensure we have enough time to process all adoptions and deposits, all adoption and/or deposit conversations must wrap up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event end time.

Note: All dogs are first come, first serve. If there is a particular dog you are interested in meeting, we highly recommend arriving early.

𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙨:

𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻: All children under 5 will need to be in strollers or held for safety. All groups with children under 10 will be provided a family escort to help ensure safe interactions.

𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀: Only adoptable dogs will be permitted inside the event space. If you have a dog or another pet in your home, we will discuss personality matches to assess fit, and schedule a follow up meet and greet between the animals. We are not able to facilitate on-site meetings.

𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: If any household members have travel plans in the 3 weeks following the event, you are more than welcome to browse, but please pause on inquiring about a deposit or adoption until everyone has returned. We are not able to hold dogs in their foster homes and will not send dogs to a new home if there is upcoming travel scheduled to ensure a successful transition period.

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀? We’d love to hear from you at ZXZlbnRzIHwgbGFzdGhvcGVrOSAhIG9yZw==. We look forward to seeing you on September 13th!
