Experience the best of both worlds with our Mat & Reformer Pilates Fusion class! This dynamic session combines traditional mat Pilates exercises with the resistance and support of the Reformer to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance core stability.

We’ll start on the mat, focusing on body awareness, breath control, and fundamental Pilates movements before transitioning to the Reformer, where springs and straps provide added resistance and assistance to deepen your workout. This class is designed to challenge all fitness levels, offering modifications and progressions to meet individual needs.

All levels welcome! No prior Reformer experience required.

Cost: $30 drop in. We have memberships that include Reformer sessions - reach out!

This class will be Thursdays 6:00 - 7:00 AM through the summer months with Chrissy Utt! Please book ahead of time, there are only 4 spots per week.
