Fabulous Feast…Limited spots in this class as we will be making my signature Lindt chocolate fondants - 8 spots available at R500 per person - normal price is R795.
I take time to put a menu together when entertaining and carefully consider the tastes of my guests. There are many optiona and combinations and this menu is one of my bests.
On the menu for this class is a Chilli Cream Prawn - a unique combination of spices in a butter based cream sauce with chilli and parmesan. A hearty masala lamb curry made with leg of lamb and slow cooked till tender and melting. We will also be preparing a Tandoori style chicken pilau made with spiced chicken on the bone layered with rice and steamed till fragrant. I do make roti in every class and for some that is a refresher and for others, it is the first lesson in making this bread but I also love serving hot roti with the meal prepared.
Dessert is always highlight and we will be making Lindt Chocolate fondants or volcanoes as I describe them! This baked chocolate dessert is a little cake and little pudding combined with molten chocolate centres. I take the guests through the process and demystify this decadent dessert. It is the perfect choice for the cooler months and is guaranteed to impress your family and guests.
