Texas Barbecue in Beaune 2025

Celebrate the 4th of July with Texas-style Barbecue. Houston's newly-minted (2024) MICHELIN Guide Bib Gourmand restaurant, The Pit Room, brings a one-of-a-kind BBQ event to Beaune. This will be a Paulée-style party at the Ciné-Club des Ateliers in Beaune. Brought to you by 33 Cellars, a new wine storage facility in Beaune Centre-Ville which has climate-controlled, underground cellars to rent. 33 Cellars is an affiliate of Art of Cellaring, which has locations in Houston and San Antonio, Texas. 33 Cellars is owned by Liz & Paul Palmer, who have a part-time residence in Beaune, and managed by full-time residient Lauren Barbier.
