+ Show up and warm up with the group.
+ Run 1 mile on the designated Greenway section.
+ Time yourself — bring a watch or phone.
+ Sign in and record your time on the sheet.
+ Track your time to monitor progress over the months.
+ Cheer others on as they finish — 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲!
