SAIL is a group-based fitness program for older adults that can be done sitting or standing. It involves exercise that improves strength, balance, and fitness, which is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. Each class includes a warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, strengthening exercises, and a cool-down period.

The SAIL program is led by professionals who have completed SAIL training.

Registration is required.
