Beauty Inside & Out Summer (9 - 12 yr olds)

Join us and our team as we offer an interactive mind and body experience for girls ages 9 to 12 years old. This self-esteem building experience will help girls learn to accept their unique differences and love themselves inside and out. Mindfulness, dietary education, yoga (with a certified yoga instructor) and art will be used to tap into their inner positive self.
