This gentle all-level flowing yoga class will help ease you through the midweek hump. Working with the breath, the aim is to develop awareness, strength and flexibility not only in your body but also your mind.

We offer a 5-class package ($65) and a 10-class package ($120) for drop-in lunchtime yoga and meditation classes. The classes on the pass expire 2 months and 4 months, respectively, from the date of purchase, to help keep your commitment to yourself. Call to purchase or buy in person.
