90 minutes of mindful awareness through a “flow” style class.

Using breath to move through the practice by linking your inhalations & exhalations to your body, lengthening & make space as you breathe & move with mindful awareness.

Relaxing the mind is a result of the practice as you are encouraged to listen to your own body; as a result, you will drop out of the mind & into the body with awareness of your breath & yourself as a whole.

Similar to a Hatha class in which the teacher builds from the ground up with the most accessible postures & offering various opportunities to deepen your practice.
