Dorothy returns to the magical land of Oz in search of her old friends—but things have changed. The Emerald City has lost its sparkle, and a new witch is in town, ready to cause trouble. With the help of a few familiar faces, Dorothy discovers that while flying monkeys and magic powers can be scary, friendship always wins in the land of Oz.
