On July 11th from 11AM to 2PM, we’re showcasing the versatile X-Fire Pro with a light, flavorful summer menu that’s perfect for warm-weather gatherings. We’ll be grilling Shrimp Skewers on the X-Fire Pro and pairing them up with a crisp Tomato, Feta, and Watermelon Salad, to take advantage of the season’s most delicious produce. This hands-on demo at the Evans Experience Center will show you how easy it is to create gourmet results with a few fresh ingredients and the X-Fire Pro.
