Los Fridos: Celebration of Frida's Life and Art

Today we are all Los Fridos: students of Frida Kahlo in matters of Life and Art. Today we celebrate her Life and Art with a memorial service, with words and music.

While we have planned this event specially for everyone in the Mexico and Bendigo community who have taken part in the 4 months of events connected to the In Her Own Image event at the Bendigo Art Gallery, all are welcome.

This memorial service is supported by La Trobe Art Institute as a venue sponsor. This day is both the day of Frida's death ( 13 July 1954) and the final day of the Bendigo Art Gallery's Frida Kahlo: In Her Own Image exhibition.
