Soul Flow Sunday is a 75 minute gentle yoga and guided meditation fusion to ease you back into the week ahead. Gentle yoga and guided relaxations are a way to settle and restore your nervous system.

The class begins with gentle movement and guided breathwork to relax and settle and then moves into a soulful flow to release any stress or tension and then you will settle into some restorative yoga poses to rest and digest. This class is a gorgeous way to relax and unwind and create sacred space for yourSELF.

Arrive for a 4pm start
Be guided to rest and relax and let go of tension using yoga and the ancient tools of movement ( asana) and breathwork ( pranayama)
Bring yourself, a cushion and a yoga mat and join me in a deeply restful afternoon.
