Moms with a Mission - Community Outreach Class

Part of the FIT4MOM culture is to raise kind humans and giveback to our community. We model wellness, kindness, and philanthropy to our children, fellow moms, and communities. We are “Moms With A Mission” who give back and create positive change in our communities.

After Stroller Strides, stick around and help us bring smiles to seniors! Children will explore why seniors can experience loneliness through an empathy building exercise. Then, helping hands will spread smiles by decorating cards and writing messages of caring for seniors living at National Church Residences.
