You will be able to find your staging location/spot in the lineup in EventHub by the end of this week. (It usually appears as “Space #.”)

Parade route maps and detailed staging locations will be shared with you before parade day and will also be available at the Registration Tent when you arrive.

In the meantime, here are a few helpful reminders:
Make sure your team knows their call time and has reviewed any safety or conduct guidelines you’ve shared.
Who says the fun has to start when the parade starts? Enjoy the day and start the party early! Use the time you have in the queue to celebrate in the streets with your parade contingents neighbors! This is also a great time to build community connections!
Our weather has been unpredictable! Will it be sunny? Rainy? Cold? WHO KNOWS?! Be prepared what may come and be sure to hydrate!
