This is all about connection community and building something real together

We’ll start with a fun group stretch and a 20-minute yoga flow

Followed by music snacks photos and time to hang out with your fellow queens

Then we’ll finish off with a 45-minute full-body workout 🤗🤗

Expect laughter good vibes and a reminder that you’re not in this alone
