ur Feasts of Coquitlam series is back for 2025!
Join us in the second installment of this celebration of the foods! We'll be taking a deep dive into the traditional foods of the Filipino Community of Coquitlam, alongside local home cook, Carlo Javier. He'll be teaching folks about the basics of Ukrainian food through demonstration, ending in a shared meal together with all the participants.
This time's menu includes Pork Belly Adobo (Pork belly braised in vinegar, garlic, and salt), Sinangag (Garlic fried rice), and Turon (Sweet banana and jackfruit spring rolls).
