Jeff Thompson & Steve Martindale Memorial Pancake Breakfast

Named for Jeff Thompson and Steve Martindale, The Pancake Breakfast has been a staple during Laramie Jubilee Days for decades. It went away for a few years before being taken up by The Soup Kitchen. Since then, families find themselves enjoying the fabulous free breakfast on the lawn at St. Matthews before going about their day. Jeff Thompson was one of the early organizers of the event and Steve and his wife, Joan, were instrumental in keeping it going in front of their store, Martindale's Western Store (formerly the home of Jeff Thompson's store, Lou's Sporting Goods) on Grand for a long time.
