Qi Gong and Tai Chi Classes for June

Qi gong is an ancient practice for maintaining and strengthening one's qi (energy). It is easy to learn and do. Tai Chi is a specific type of qi gong with movements performed in a sequence. We practice Yang Style, 24 form Tai Chi. Both Qi Gong and Tai Chi are great for health. These classes are free and open to the public. No experience is required.
We meet near the flagpoles or pavilion. Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes are at noon and last about an hour. Since these classes are held outdoors, class is conditional to the weather. Any weather or other cancellations or changes will be posted to this group page.
