This class is designed for those who have never done yoga before or who are looking to go back to the basics making this accessible to all levels of individuals. Class is designed to teach basic yoga poses, breath practices, and relaxation. Participant must be able to get up and down from the floor level. This class weather dependent and is held outdoors so please be sure to bring water, a towel, yoga mat, bug spray, and sunscreen. There will be a limited number of yoga mats if you do not have one.
