Crystal Ball Sound Bath

This class is designed to promote calm and relaxation through the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls and chimes. This class is held at the Charles Herndon Art Gallery Lakeside Patio. You will be sitting or laying so bring a yoga mat and water. I will have a limited number of yoga mats should you need one. Enjoy walking the serene gallery grounds after class.
