5:10 PM: Warm-up run begins (one loop) - We'll start regardless of everyone's arrival.

We'll be gathering in front of the Sala Flower Bridge (Cแบงu Sala ฤแป) - the large red flower bridge crossing the park pond - in Sala, D2. You can find it on Google Maps.

There's no need to register, just show up at the start location on time. Our training sessions are completely free!

Those who often run with our team usually wear our green shirts or singlets. These are our RUNCLUB shirts, generously provided by Key Powersports Vietnam (KPS). If you join us regularly, you'll receive a free shirt or singlet.
If you don't have a RUNCLUB shirt/singlet yet, let me us know and we shall be able to provide. Alternatively we recommend wearing light-colored (preferably reflective) clothing to ensure you're visible while running.
