Having a morning practice can invite us to put a positive and peaceful approach to our day. Enjoy these summer-themed classes to inspire the season and support stretching, toning and strengthening your mind and body. Each class is different, and always features a calming centering with breathwork, and closing relaxation to get you out into the world in a better mood.

Classes are all-level,. *We get up and down off the floor a lot, so students need to have healthy knees and backs.
