This class is suitable for all students who can get up and down off the floor, and wish to work on learning traditional yoga postures that will purify, strengthen, and tone the inner and outer body. These practices help reduce stress & tension in the body and increase the quality of your life.

Students will learn a variety of relaxation and breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and ease mental tension. Please bring a yoga mat, the studio provides tea, water & yoga props.
