Sunday Sanctuary – Gentle Yoga, Restorative Rest & Yoga Nidra

Take time to slow down and reconnect with yourself in this peaceful evening practice.

We’ll begin with a gentle yoga flow to ease tension, release stress, and encourage a deeper connection to the breath. The movement is soft and mindful, making it suitable for all levels, including beginners.

You’ll then be guided into a series of restorative postures, using props to fully support the body and invite deep relaxation. We’ll close the session with a calming Yoga Nidra – a guided meditation often referred to as yogic sleep – to leave you feeling rested, nourished, and deeply restored.

A beautiful way to end your weekend and move into the new week with calm and clarity.

All mats and props are provided. Please bring anything else that helps you feel cosy (e.g. blanket, warm socks).
