It is with great pleasure to inform that The Dance Society of Malaysia is organizing another festival of dance this coming September 2025 for everyone — dancers, artists, movers, and dance lovers of all backgrounds! Whether you are a performer, choreographer, student, or simply someone who loves movement, this is your space to connect, explore, and celebrate dance.
For the past 30 years, the Society has emphasized in classical ballet training as a basis to dance. It is time we expand our scope of genre to not only ballet and contemporary, but to cultural themes like Malay, Chinese, Indian and other ethnic dances. We believe this will be a valuable learning experience for all dancers and a chance to exchange thoughts on skills and techniques.
