Beginner Paddle Board Lesson

Paddle boarding is a great way to get out and enjoy the water. It’s easy to learn, it’s a great workout, and it’s a lot of fun!
But before you head out on your own, it’s important to take a lesson from a qualified instructor.

Julie Moore, owner of SUP Yoga Adventures will teach you the basics of paddle boarding with 30 minutes of personalized instruction (class is limited to 8), then enjoy 30 minutes to practice and explore on your own.
