Heather began practicing yoga in 2008. She realized unlike her other exercise programs, that yoga was a gentle way to exercise and a way to be kind to her body. This practice is focused strength, awareness, movement, and breath. Heather’s mission is to promote health through physical movement, breath work, and self study.
