Join us on the evening of June 25th to learn about our upcoming trail training program, Humans Run Wild. This program will begin on July 8th and finish on September 13th. A 10 week trail training program to prepare for an 8 mile trail run. We will meet on Tuesdays at 5:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 8am.
Because of the "wild" nature of this trail program we do require you to be able to run or walk 30-45 minutes, 4 days a week. You can't be afraid of getting dirty, must enjoy the outdoors, and love challenges.
