Fit in the Park - Move Your Body

Get your body moving with a workout you can do anywhere. Join us for a Move Your Body session as part of our Fit in the Park series. Meet up Saturday, Aug. 9, from 9-10 a.m., at Red Arrow Park. All fitness levels welcome.

Fit in the Park is a collaborative effort between Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital, Healthiest Manitowoc County and the Manitowoc Parks and Recreation Division.
