Fit in the Park - Yoga

Join us for yoga as part of our Fit in the Park series Saturday, July 19, from 9–10 a.m., at Red Arrow Park. Move, breathe and connect with nature in a peaceful outdoor setting. No experience needed — just bring a mat or towel and a willingness to unwind. All fitness levels welcome.

Fit in the Park is a collaborative effort between Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital, Healthiest Manitowoc County and the Manitowoc Parks and Recreation Division.
