Do you ever feel like your nervous system is on fire? Being constantly pulled in all directions from the seemingly endless stresses of life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. We rarely give ourselves productive rest and allow our nervous system the time and space to unwind. This class is meant to do just that. Between long held stretches, calming breath work and time to reflect inwards and meditate, we hope you leave feeling calm and rejuvenated. Please pre-register for classes 24+ hours in advance to ensure class runs.
