A yoga class for balance. Taking the time to unify body, mind and spirit, this hour will be dedicated to connecting to our bodies, our breath and to being in the present. Using traditional yoga postures to find the place where strength and ease meet, students will be given options for every level of ability and flexibility. We will also incorporate various pranayama breath work and weave in yoga philosophy such as ahimsa (non harming) and santosha (contentment or non attachment). Please pre-register for classes 24+ hours in advance of class times to ensure classes run.
