The Mental Health Meet-Up is a weekly gathering designed to support your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being in a warm, welcoming environment.

Each week we’ll explore a different topic rooted in whole-person wellness, offering practical tools and faith-based insights you’ll get to experience and practice in a safe, welcoming space. We believe that caring for your mental health is a vital part of spiritual growth, and that healing happens best when we walk together.

This isn’t a class or a lecture—it’s a conversation. A place to bring your real life, ask honest questions, try new things, and be reminded that you’re not alone.

Come any week that works for you. No long-term commitment or sign-up required—just show up when you can, as you are.
