This high intensity, low impact class is a blend of barre, pilates, and yoga movements designed to strengthen your entire body with minimal pressure to your joints. In class, you’ll use only your bodyweight to move through small, focused movements designed to tone muscles, develop flexibility, and practice mobility.
Class is not heated and is open to all levels.

Class is included in memberships / drop ins / class passes.
