Saturdays | August 2 - 30 | 5-WK Sessions | 10AM - 11:30AM
Participants must sign up by 8AM July 31st
Instructor: Rick Morris
Class: $150*
*Member pricing will reflect on cart once logged in
This acrylic painting class will span 5 weeks and consist of three phases. The phases will include the drawing stage, the under painting, and applying colors. The subject matter will be up to the student. This class is geared towards beginner and intermediate level learners. Participants must sign up by 8:00am July 31st.
Instructor Bio:
Rick Morris has been a professional artist for over 20 years. His work spans from being a graphic artist, where he created images for signs and vehicle wraps to becoming the Preparator for the Buell Children’s Museum, where he created artwork for upcoming exhibits. His work there consisted of anything from large painted murals to sculpted characters of all sizes made from a variety of different materials.
Rick received his bachelor’s in fine art at CSU Pueblo.
Rick has shown his paintings and sculptures at several local galleries and exhibits. When not spending time with his family, Rick can be found in his home studio creating artwork, something he has done for most of his life.
