Join us for our Monthly WFPB Potluck and Meeting Saturday, May 17, from 11am-1pm at Grace Technologies, 1515 Kimberly, Davenport, Iowa, and enjoy the company of other people following a plant-based lifestyle.

Everyone is welcome to join our “plantluck” where we support Whole Food Plant Based lifestyles! Join like-minded people for a delicious meal, fellowship & education. We have many talented cooks and a lot of successes resulting from dietary changes. Please join us, whether you are exploring this way of eating, or just trying to find delicious dishes to make for yourself and your family and friends.

If you are new, don’t worry about bringing a dish to share. However, if you do bring a dish to pass, please abide by our culinary philosophy:

Whole foods including Fruits, Grains, Nuts and Seeds, Vegetables, Legumes, Greens

NO animal products -- meat, fish, poultry, eggs, dairy
Prepare dishes made with unprocessed or minimally processed whole foods

Avoid salt, oil, sugar, refined flour, artificial refined sweeteners, and oils. (If sweeteners are used, preferences include minimally processed items such as fruits, dates, coconut sugar, or maple syrup)

ALWAYS bring your recipe so people can make decisions regarding allergies, sensitivities, and other health related needs
