With the 4th of July it is easy to get wrapped up in all the fun family activities such as picnics, parades, barbecues, and fireworks... It is worth the time to take a moment and reflect upon the foundation of such a celebrated American tradition in a spiritual practice of yoga.

PLEASE, arrive at least 15min PRIOR to class to find parking if you're driving, to walk to the class site (it's a longer walk to the beach) & to set up your mat! THANK YOU!
