The Class takes you through all stages, from feeding your starter, to making dough, stretch & folds, shaping, scoring and baking.
The Class will explain theory about types of grain, health aspects of sourdough, schedules and recipes and practical tips to take home.
You will receive a jar with very active sourdough starter and a guide to use @ home and start the Journey of being a home baker.
The class is @ Arvada Dream Dinners, we end with a tasty bite from dream dinners, soup and ofcourse baked bread! It's a true learning and a fun night.
