What comes to mind when you hear the word “missions?” Africa, Japan, South America? Sometimes we think of missions as being “over there,” far away from us. The Lord has also blessed us with a mission field right before us. Missions are not an either/ or. Missions are both foreign missions and our family, neighbors, friends, and others. Remember the message of the mission Christ has given us as well as the people the Lord intends that message for - both far and near. Remember that the message of Christ crucified and risen strengthens our faith to boldly proclaim the message to others.
