And Here We Are… (Annual Picnic Service)

At this outdoor service we reflect on the past year and what it means to be Unitarians. How can we best live out the principles of our faith? What might the future hold for us in our Beloved Community?

PLEASE NOTE: This service takes place at Kinsmen Park (Wardlaw and Abbott, with more parking at Morrison and Abbott). We will set up on the side of the park that the washrooms are on. A potluck picnic will follow the service. Pls bring sun protection, chair, beverage, plate and cutlery as well as a potluck contribution.

ABOUT KELOWNA UNITARIANS

Kelowna Unitarians is a liberal, religious, spiritual community; we take seriously our commitment to a free and responsible search for truth and meaning. We welcome, recognize and celebrate the inherent worth and dignity in ourselves and each other regardless of all the ‘isms’ that might divide us. We are a designated ‘Welcoming Community’ which means we intentionally work to make this a safe place for the LGBTQ2SI+ community. We are brave, curious, and compassionate thinkers and doers. We are diverse in faith, history and spirituality but are aligned in our desire to make a difference for the good.
