Join our Parent/Caregiver Support Group! This 6-week group is designed to provide a community of support for parents and caregivers of children of all ages. Each week, we’ll explore the importance of the parent-child relationship and ways to nurture a secure attachment that fosters healing and growth. Many parents find that while supporting their child, they’re also learning and experiencing healing themselves.
Our group is rooted in an attachment-based approach, focusing on key skills such as creating secure connections with your child, understanding and practicing embodiment and emotional regulation, and effectively coaching your child through emotional experiences.
Thanks to grant funding from Colorado Gives, participation in this group is by donation, with a minimum donation of $10/week ($60 for the 6-week series).
This series of the group will be held from 12-1 PM on Thursdays from July 10- Aug 21 (no group July 31).
