Safe Sitter Babysitting Training Class

Everett Fire is excited to announce our first Safe Sitter babysitting training course for youths in 6th- 8th grade (ages 11yo-14yo)!
Safe Sitter prepares students in grades 6-8 (11-14 years of age) to be safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Students learn life-saving skills, including:
🔹Safety Skills
🔹Childcare Skills
🔹First Aid & CPR Skills
🔹Life & Business Skills
Date: Monday, June 30, 2025
Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $50 (cash or check)
Age Requirement: Grades 6th - 8th (11yo-14yo)
Priority registration is given to those students who live within the Everett City limits. Students who live outside the city limits will be placed on a waitlist and will be contacted to fill any open spots based on the order in which registrations are received.
Students must complete the entire day of class to receive their Safe Sitter completion certificate.
